With a bright and early start to the day, we hit the road by 7. Breakfast would have to be along the way, we needed to get to our first workshop by 9:30 and it was a little far from where we were staying. A long day of work was ahead of us.
Vikram was the star trainer of the day and with several tricks up his leave, he captivated the audience’s attention and we had yet another day of successful workshops. We were at the Jeppiaar Institute Of Technology and conducted 4 workshops with several groups of students. It took some techniques to get the crowd moving and thinking but we got there, giving up is something we just don’t consider. By now we’ve got the ability to sense what an audience needs at any given point and that has been one of our most essential learnings.
Dealing with a diverse groups of students is always a task but that’s where most of the learning comes from. Our aim is to reach out to and connect with as many students as possible and we know challenge but it is also really rewarding. We set off on our way to Erode, a small town of Coimbatore, right after the workshops ended. Day 1, Day 2, 298 days to go!
